Joseph’s People – St. Albert the Great Chapter Meeting, Thursday, March 22, 7 to 8:30 pm, St. Albert the Great Parish Center (behind the church, 212 Welsh Road, Huntingdon Valley. Guest speaker, David Bontempo, Certified Personnel Consultant, (CPC)  will present, “90 minutes of career coaching.” He will touch on making sure your resume is relevant; interview tips and techniques; how to get noticed by employers; and recruiters and social media tips for job searching.
Joseph’s People is a FREE non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping unemployed and underemployed workers by offering support, guidance, and job counselling services to people of all faiths who are seeking full-time employment.
Joseph’s People Volunteers: We are looking for volunteers to join our Steering Committee. We need people who are willing to help our unemployed. Please leave your contact information and we will get back to you. We think this is a great way to give back.

Discernment Retreat, March 23 (6 pm) to March 25 (1 pm), Villa Maria House of Studies, 1140 King Rd., Malvern, PA 19355. Experience a weekend retreat at the IHM Motherhouse with the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary sisters, novices, and postulants. Single young women ages of 18-35 are invited to come for a weekend of prayer, spiritual conferences, meals, and times of recreation with the sisters. St. Albert the Great Parish Trip to Sight & Sound Theater, Friday, April 13. See the live presentation of the Christian production “Jesus” at the Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster, PA. Trip includes stop at the Shady Maple Smorgasbord for dinner. Round trip coach will be provided by Hagey Coach. Leave St. Albert’s at 1:30 pm, and will arrive back to St. Albert’s at 11:45 pm. Pre-Cana Program for Engaged Couples, Saturday – April 14, St. Mary of the Assumption Parish, Phoenixville, PA. Program begins at 9 am and ends after the 4 pm Mass. Wedding Anniversary Mass. Are you celebrating a special anniversary this year? The annual Archdiocesan Wedding Anniversary Mass will take place on Saturday, April 28, at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul at the 5:15 pm Vigil Mass with Archbishop Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M., Cap. Presiding.
